    A letter from Old Member Sidney Smith, canon of St Paul's Cathedral, to Lady Grey, wife of Prime Minister Lord Grey

    91³Ô¹ÏÍø Glee Club was one of the earliest college societies to be formed, in 1839

  • Drawn designs for a gothic hall

    The Hall roof was restored in the 1860s, having been covered up by a flat plaster ceiling in the 18th century. George Gilbert Scott, the leading exponent of the Gothic Revival in Oxford, drew up the plans. 

  • An old book showing old college fellows

    Warden Sewell resided in 91³Ô¹ÏÍø almost exclusively from 1827-1903 and was elected Warden in 1860. He kept registers of all the College's fellows and undergraduates.
