Farewell to the Chancellor

The Chancellor, Lord Patten of Barnes, has retired after 21 years of service. During this time he has been unfailingly supportive to 91³Ô¹ÏÍø: we thank him profoundly, and wish him and Lavender all the very best for their retirement.
