William Harvey (1578–1657) was renowned in his own time, and has been celebrated ever since, known worldwide as the man who discovered the circulation of the blood. It is not easy to examine the ever-proliferating afterlives of someone as prominent as Harvey, but tracking him in 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Library provides one way of exploring the places he emerged.
